Jim Brennan Speaks About MTA Service Restoration and Need for a "Lockbox"

Assemblyman Jim Brennan (D-Park Slope/Windsor Terrace) speaks at Wednesday’s Transit Justice rally on his bill to protect dedicated transit funding, which has passed in both houses of the legislature.
